Overview
The M&CCS course is designed to introduce the candidate with the common basic concepts and challenges of performing his duties at museums & cultural centres and enable him to identify & respond to common critical risks & situations in order to ensure a safe & secure environment in U.A.E. As per the directives of the competent authority in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, private security guards working in museums and cultural centers, and those who hold a General security guard license, must register in the basic course for the security of museums and cultural centers.

Course Assessment | The course is featured with Initial assessment, Formative Assessment and the Summative assessment to enable not only to assess and evaluate learning but also to assist in enhance the learning. COURSE ASSESSMENT CRITERIA: Unless otherwise specified by the authorities, the course assessment criteria are as under: Written Assessment 40% (70% Pass Marks) Language Skills Assessment 20% (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Participation) Notebook Maintenance 10% Deportment 10% Practical Assessment 20% Physical Assessment (SOPAT Test) Self Defense Test Candidates securing 70% of the above are considered PASS and are eligible for certification. |

Certification | Candidates who pass written assessment & module assignments shall receive an NSI Museum & Cultural Center Security certificate aligned with the Authority’s framework. |
