Overview
This course is designed to prepare the candidate to perform his duties efficiently to meet the security requirements of his site/client and the authorities. This course provides essential knowledge about efficiently running security operations; coordinating with authorities and other stakeholders e.g., recruiting, coaching & leading a security team, designing, implementing and evaluating a security program, prepare, plan and respond to disasters.

| Eligibility | 1. Holder of high school diploma or its equivalent. 2. Having no less than fifteen years of experience in police, security, or armed forces. Years of experience are reduced to ten if the person has a university degree. 3. Age 35- 60 years 4. To be in possession of membership of one of the security associations for two successive years. However, Emirati citizens shall be exempted from this condition in case they were enrolled in one of the security associations at the time of applying. 5. | Assessment | The course is featured with Initial assessment, Formative Assessment and the Summative assessment to enable not only to assess and evaluate learning but also to assist in enhance the learning. COURSE ASSESSMENT CRITERIA: Unless otherwise specified by the authorities, the course assessment criteria are as under: Written Assessment 60% Attendance 40%Candidates securing 70% of the above are considered PASS and are eligible for certification. |
| Course Certification | Candidates who pass written assessment & module assignments shall receive NSI Security Manager Certificate aligned with PSFRD framework. |
| Targeted audience | This course is designed for the security professionals who want to pursue their career as Security Manager in Private Security Industry and obtain a license as SECURITY MANAGER in U.A.E provided they meet the above eligibility criteria. |
